I’d like to let you in on some karate secrets. What is Karate anyway? It is a way you can protect yourself without the use of any armaments. It is a method of self-defense that goes back hundreds of years. Nobility were the ones that were using karate and their method were kept under lock and key. Nobody had access to these secrets. They used these methods to show how powerful they were above the common people.

The best part about karate is you don’t have to be very strong to use it. The mystical way you attack or defend yourself from someone else leaves the body of the other person numb and unable to fight back. You can kill someone by using these skills.

You can use the attacker’s body against them. So someone weighting 300 pounds can be taken on by someone much smaller. The body has certain pressure points which are very sensitive that the expert uses.

If you practice this art form correctly, you can leave the person who is attacking you immobile for hours. Back in the day the Emperor trained the guards in karate to protect royalty. Karate was in demand in World War 2. It is nice to be able to have a smaller man out power a larger one. Taking someone else’s life would be an easy thing to do so you have to be careful when doing karate. You should use karate to immobilize your attacker so you can get away from them.

Your whole physique is used when doing karate. You can transform your figure into rock hard muscle when doing karate. You’d be surprised at how many people do karate. Imagine yourself small with a 6 foot 5 inch person coming after you. You could paralyze them to get away from the attacker, because the law is never around when you are being attacked.

You have to breathe properly while practicing these art forms. Most people don’t breathe correctly anyway. The people from the western world take breathing for granted. Did you know that it is an important exercise? When you breathe correctly you clean the toxins out of your system. You obtain more oxygen to the brain and your muscles.

Karate boosts up your sense of self worth. Your thinking improves too. Keep your back in a good position and don’t get so tense. If your back is not in the upward position with your stomach pulled in, you can’t execute the karate exercises properly.

Your body is made up from the food you eat, so you want to eat correctly. Eating protein is good, but avoid sugar, starches and fat. Keep your body flushed with lots of water. Now you know some of my karate secrets.
